invi is run from the Netherlands. Questions about your data? Write to hello@letsinvi.com.

• Hosts: your name, email address, and the events and pictures you add.
• Guests: the name and reply you give (how many people, food choice, a note), plus comments and photos you add.
• Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your reply.

Only to run invi for you: show invites, save replies and send the updates you asked for. We never sell your data.

• The host (and co-hosts) see all replies to their event.
• Other guests see what the host allows. Nobody sees who said no.
• Anyone with the invite link can see the invite. The address can stay hidden until someone replies.
• A few trusted partners help us run invi (like website hosting and email). They only use your data for invi.

Until the host deletes the event or their account. Deleting your account removes everything straight away.

You can see, change or delete your data at any time. Hosts can delete their account on the Me page; for anything else write to hello@letsinvi.com. You can also complain to the Dutch privacy authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
